If a product you purchased does not match the description (images or text) on our online store or in our catalog, you may return it.

Products can only be returned for replacement or exchange with another item. The item must be in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect or material fault. Please return the parcel with the product you wish to exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Returns must be shipped by registered mail or courier at your own expense. If our technical department determines that the product is indeed defective and requires replacement, we will reimburse your shipping costs.
