Your Order

Once you complete and confirm your order online by filling out and submitting the relevant order form on the website www.peftasteri.com
, we will confirm your order by sending you an order number via email.
The order is binding only if it has been accepted by bytwins.gr with the corresponding confirmation email. In any case, this email does not guarantee that the product is available.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you within two (2) business days from the confirmation email and either offer you a similar product or cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount.

Although we make every effort to fulfill all orders, acceptance of an order does not constitute a legal obligation to complete it. The order is finalized only upon delivery of the ordered product (or any other agreed product).

To prevent fraudulent use of credit cards and other payment methods, we will use all reasonable means to verify the absence of fraud for each order. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not unlawfully use such information.

The final invoice/receipt will be included with your order upon delivery of the ordered product (or any other agreed product).

Please note that your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

Supplier Delay: The product has been delayed by our supplier. In this case, we will contact you by phone and/or email to confirm whether you still wish to receive your order without this product or to suggest an alternative. The item will be shipped once it arrives at our warehouse.

Product Discontinuation: The product has been discontinued and is no longer available. We will contact you by phone and/or email to suggest an alternative solution.

Force Majeure: Extreme weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events may affect the transport and delivery of your order. In such a case, we will immediately contact you by phone and/or email to confirm whether you still wish to proceed under these circumstances.

Communication Issues: If we are unable to reach you by phone and/or email (e.g., if there is a problem with your order related to the product or payment) because the details you provided are incorrect or outdated. You may always contact us to confirm or update your information.

Legal Liability

Peftasteri.com bears no responsibility or obligation to compensate for any damage or moral harm resulting from an inability to provide services or from any damage arising from the execution or non-execution of an order.

You are free to use the website www.peftasteri.com in accordance with the law and good practices. Responsibility for the content of transactions rests solely with you. Peftasteri.com does not perform any type of correction or intervention in the data you transmit, except as expressly stated herein. Peftasteri.com is not liable for any breach of these terms due to force majeure, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, earthquakes, floods, fires, emergencies, disasters, strikes within or outside Greece, wars, terrorist acts, mechanical failures, or any incident that prevents proper execution of orders.
Peftasteri.com will take all appropriate actions to meet its obligations within a reasonable timeframe. If such circumstances persist for more than two (2) months, either party may terminate this Agreement without compensation.

Miscellaneous

Invalidity of any provision herein shall not render the remaining provisions invalid. If any part of this Agreement is deemed void or unenforceable by a court or other authority, the remainder shall continue in effect.
Peftasteri.com may enter into an agreement to assign its obligations to an appropriate third party. Otherwise, no party shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations.

Failure by Peftasteri.com to exercise any rights under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of those rights.
